Southside Guest House bed and breakfast accommodation Edinburgh Bedrooms at Southside Guest House have been carefully created for your comfort and relaxation; each one contemporary, colourful and well equipped, and all en suite with showers.

All bedrooms have : Direct line Telephones - TVs with DVDs players - and... many things to pamper you, not forgetting great firm mattresses and crisp linen for a fine night’s sleep! Please note that Southside is a no-smoking house.

Free WiFi! All rooms have Free Wireless Broadband Internet access.

Breakfast at Southside Guest House is an important occasion! Breakfast is served at individual tables (one per room!) set up with linen. We try to cater for most tastes and feature the famous Southside Grill or the Vegetarian alternative. We regularly cater for guests on a Vegan diet.

Each Day we also present a Special Dish or Ingredient which is of course also included in the price of your room.

Cheeses, oatcakes, bakery and fresh fruit salad, complement the hot selection and we offer an excellent selection of teas and coffees including cappuccino, espresso and latte.

You may have to give lunch a miss!!
